- Opened or Used Gadgets: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used gadgets cannot be returned.
- Personalized or Custom Items: Items that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack the Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the receipt and the return authorization number inside the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return authorization instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent). If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds

Exchanges
